  1. What is your return policy?

All items must be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund. Please email customerservice@feistysneakherhead.com with a description of the concern and we will work with you to resolve.

  1. Why is my coupon/discount not working?

Our apologies! First check to see if it is valid; discounts will expire automatically upon posted date. Second, coupons cannot be stacked meaning only one discount at a time. Last, is it a private code? Private codes only work for the email in which it is associated with.  Email customerservice@feistysneakherhead.com if none of these conditions apply.

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we DO offer international shipping. Rates are calculated based on address information entered at time of order. 

  1. How long is shipping?

Standard shipping and processing are 7-14 business days depending seasonal demands. You are updated the moment your order is shipped! 

  1. Where is the rest of my order?

No worries! It is on the way. While we try to ship your order in one package sometimes we may need to ship from multiple warehouses. A separate tracking number is provided and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused!

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

All Major US Debit / Credit cards / PayPal / Shop Pay

      7. Do you offer customization?

Yes! Beginning January 1, 2021 we will be able to take any design and place it on a shirt! More information coming soon! 

      8. My shirt is different colors than what's posted, can you help?

We are sorry to hear that! Some products are shipped via 3rd party Print on Demand however; there's no excuse for this so let us make it right.  Please email us a customerservice@feistysneakherhead.com with pictures and we can either refund or exchange your items. As of February 13, 2021 majority of the shirts will be made at the time of order and shipped locally from Houston. 

      9. How do I care for my new apparel?

Apparel is either printed or vinyl. It is important to wash your garments inside out with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat.  Do not iron directly over the design! Tip: Ironing inside out may also prolong the life of your garment. 

      10. Do you offer wholesale?

As of July 1, 2021 we now offer wholesale discounts on all currently selling items. Please contact me at feistysneakherhead@gmail.com to inquire about wholesale pricing and quantities available.
